Delivery

All deliveries are sent by Australia Post with the choice of Regular or Express post at checkout. Delivery charges are calculated using Australia Post rates.

We can offer same-day delivery if your order is placed before 1 pm. Also, the address must be within our designated delivery zone.

Please provide us with order notes if there are any specific delivery requests.

All delivery times are estimates. In the event any delivery arrives outside the estimated time, JUST PMU will not be liable for any loss, damage, or cost incurred. Our delivery options are based on estimated times and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers should double-check their orders before signing the parcels. After an order has been accepted, JUST PMU takes no responsibility for the goods and are not liable for any damage.

Custom fees for the products are levied by local governments; laws from nation to nation vary. Unfortunately, import taxes are something that Justat cannot pay for, as they are not a set amount, are charged by the local government for receipt of the products,  and are the responsibility of the importer.
